The trouble with installing theme on my hosting

Hello,

I bought your theme boutique because i like it. But now i have a problem to install it on my server provider. I found that your theme is compatible only with Zend Guard Loader and Ion Cube Loader . My hosting provider offfers PHP 5.4.37 with Zend Guard Loader and Ion Cube Loader but your theme requires PHP 5.5.21 and more and my provider doesnt offer this PHP with Zend Guard Loader and Ion Cube Loader. I dont know how to solve it. Would you help me please ? Thanks for your soon reply .

My coder is checking your Footer issue but your are using another theme. Could you pls help us to switch into Boutique theme?

Thanks. I see that you are using Homepage 14.
Pls I would like to confirm your issue: Do you mean that when you check on mobile, the box is being superimposed to the image slider (pls see my attachment). Or if your issue is another, pls help me to describe more details.

Yes this is one of problems. When you click on this button is still displayed and superimposed important elements on the page and it is not possible to roll up back. But the main problem is still pop up window that appears only at the end of the website and missing ovice theme config.

Hi Yame ,

I solved problem with ovic theme configurator and now it is ok, but i have another problem now. I m trying to translate module megacategory but it doesnt work. And also found out problem on mobile page version. When I click on arrow nothing happend and page is the same number two, see atachment please. Thank you

I found another problem on my site. If I click on the page at the top of the menu it looks normal( see attachment number 1) But when I scroll down the page and click on menu it looks like atachment number 2. It happens only on some web browsers for example google chrome. Could you tell your coder about these problems too. And also I tried to translate megacategory module but it doesnt work see atachmnent number 3. And also i have problem to translate one word from footer see atachment number 4. Would you help me please how to translate these wordds ? Thank you .

Hello,

1 - Problem with menu banner: OK mate, my coder will check

2- Translate category module: You can go to Mega category module > select the position of place that you want to translate then change into your language for each GROUPS OF WIDGET (see my attachment 1)

3 - "Our services" text: you can translate in Localization > Translations > Select translation in Installed module and then find Module blockcms. The text will be there

So i tried to translate category module but there i can only translate backround text see atachment. I tried also to translate in Localization > Translations >megacategory module but changes i cant see on my site see atachment 2. I also tried to translate Our Services text but in module blockcms i dint find our services text, is missing there.

Thank you Yame. I translated it finally. Would you also help me to translate label "new" on product page ? (see atachment 1). Please could you help me to add aspects (text and pictures) to Ovic - paralax block dispayed Home top content see atachment 2. Many thaks for your advices.

Hello,

1 - Translate label NEW: This issue was updated in the latest version (1.0.6). Pls update your site to solve this (you can follow the change log here: http://kute-themes.com/prestashop/boutique/changelog_boutique.txt ). REMEMBER to BACKUP both your database + source code before updating

2 - add aspects (text and pictures) to Ovic - paralax block: DONE

3 - scroll down the page and click on menu: You have to disable CCC JS in backend. See attachment

How can i upgrade boutigue theme on my site please ? Would you give me some instructions ? In your atachment are disabled 4 boxes . So I need to disable only these ones ?

Yes you just can disable these 4 boxes.

Here I will show you the two ways to update theme: Update whole theme or update theme version. You can choose one of them.
Big note: Before updating or changing anything, pls backup both of your database + source-code.

1. Update whole theme. If you do not customize anything in sour-code on every files, I recommend you to update whole theme, it is very fast and easy way.
+ Step 1: You need to download the attached-package from Themeforest. This zipped file contains the folders " modules" and "themes"
+ Step 2: Upload this zipped file to the root folder of your website via ftp or Cpanel, then extract this zipped file directly on your site, so the changed/updated files in these folders will be overwritten automatically ,...
+ Step 3: Clear cache of your site (in the backend).

2. Update theme version.
+ Step 1. You need to download the latest updated-package from Themeforest, then Unzip this zipped file. In the extracted folder contains two folders: modules and themes
+ Step 2. If you are using too old version, you should step by step updating theme versions without skipping any versions. Following the change-log to upload and replace all the needed files...
to the same path on your site via ftp or Cpanel. So the changed/updated files will be overwritten,...and new files will be copied into the correct positions,...
+ Step 3. Clear cache of your site (in the back-end).
