There seems to be no block, but it could be your FTP settings. It needs to be active ftp instead of passive. Its somewhere in the ftp settings. Otherwise just use WinSCP, works better ;-)

In the Header 8, it is different from other headers because the background image is the same as the main theme and there are not setting in this header. It's the default so if you want to change you need to customize by yourself or connect to Customized Services.
