Multiple Small Issues

I cannot edit these changes in liquid. I have tried for hours to no success.
#1. I cannot find how to edit the placeholder text in the search bar. I just want to change it to "Search" and I tried the liquid but it still says "you search here ..."
#2. Wishlist functionality will not go away. I deleted it from liquid but it still shows up on my homepage in the two product areas down below. I don't want the hearts icon or any wishlist on the site.
#3. Additional Information and Product Reviews on the product page do not show up. Cannot edit them. I would like to add a test review just to see how it displays
