Extra Tab module is not working

I have installed module "extra tab" but it is not showing off on the product page.
I reinstalled, reset, etc. no result.
I have checked in modules/position -> it is hooked correctly.

Also there is missing html part in the module configuration.
Is there any new version of this module?

Can you help me to check what the version of Prestashop that you are using for your theme now?
Just because the problem will be solved when you update your theme to the latest version. I am using Prestashop version 1.6.1.7 with the latest version of Londonstars and the Fashion Extra tabs module works well in my site.
Try to update then tell me your issues after updating.

We don't have any update for this module.
The latest version was updated since Apr 13rd 2016. You can download the latest update package for your site.
REMEMBER: If you your site has been customized, you should backup both your database + source code before updating without loosing all your last customization.

I dont get what your are saying, I have dowloaded version from January 2017 and you want me to update from April 2016?
This module is not working, no customization was made on this module.

Thanks.
As I checked in the back end, I saw that you could configure the extra tab but it still don't show in front end.
The problem is that when you assign for a specific category, you have to check again your product. For example if you select the Extra tabs will show for Kocyk Minky category, so all the products will be contained in Kocyk Minky category and this must be the default category.
Please check the attachment below to understand well what I say.
