It is the fixed texts. You can change them here: ../themes/fashion/modules/blockcontact/nav.tpl

You still can translate them in the backend too.

The vertical menu and the advance top menu works following their ways. and each one shows following its way. We can not change. If you want to change, you need to customize them.

You also can read the document to know : how to create items,... like my demos.
