    Please help me to do default language Azerbaijan and add Russian too
    First language as default Azerbaijan language, second Arabic, Russian, English language
    please config for my site.

    Because you do not select the menu in WPML so it does not show.
    You have to config the menu here: https://prnt.sc/tiw4ft and it will show like this: https://prnt.sc/tiw4v0
    This one: https://prnt.sc/tiw559 is selected in Appearance > Menus: https://prnt.sc/tiw5ip and each item still is not added link: https://prnt.sc/tiw5vx That's why it does not redirect to the page when you click on
