    I would like a refund please

    Hi,
    I have been trying days to figure out how to customise the theme to my website but it does not seem to work properly.
    The instruction video on this theme is silent, short and too fast, and not detailed, I have no idea how to configure many things I would want to configure, so I get very frustrated and it is so time consuming.
    I have created several topic on asking for support but does not have any reply so far.
    I am quite disappointed and I think I won't be able to make this theme into use.
    I understand it is a downloadable product but I am more than happy to delete it and here is my purchase code if you like to disable my version to ensure that I will never use it, purchase code as in secret information.
    As I am so desperate and I do not have time to waste, I would truly appreciate if you could grant me a refund of my money please.

    Hi,
    Sorry I have been out so didn't check this until now. I had a look at the site and I am grateful for your help. There are 4 more things if you could help me please:
    1. Regarding the right hand side banner (200x452), I don't know how to design a banner, please help me get a banner on there with the word "Most Popular" and when people click on that banner it will go straight to Most Popular category
    2. Please create categories of the names of all my menus except from Home and link those categories to the right Menu please. Or you could tell me how to do it. Please delete all the categories that I don't use. In all the needed ones, please leave 1 or two products sample so I can do the same and learn from there.
    3. Please create "My Account" so customers can sign up and sign in and check their order etc, and please put it on the menu bar after Accessories
    4. Please delete the banner with the word : "MacGeni" and delete the Brand Showcase.
    I guess you know the admin sign in to the site as it is still the same.

    Hi Jennifer,
    There is another problem as well: when I open my site, it appers fashion, sport, accessories, furniture which are not the right name of my product categories. Can you fix that as well please, thank you.

    My product categories are: Vitamin, Mẹ và Bé, Mỹ Phẩm, Chăm Sóc Da, Accessories

    Hi Jennifer,
    You have fixed it for me thank you very much, although I would love that you would have guided me how to do it myself so I can configure by myself and not bothering you guys again and again :)
    Just one last thing, I would like to have the home screen on the new site like the photo in the attachment that you have just done for me, I will try to figure it out, but I may not know what to do, I would really appreciate if you could tell me what to do, thank you very much Jennifer.

    Hi Jennifer,
    Just couple last things and I think I will be finnally very happy with the theme please: I deleted banner top, banner left and icon in the Home page editor as I probably do not need them, suddenly all my product images disappear and I can only see the frame and the price, can you please help me fix that!
    Secondly, I see all the sample pictures are 850x1038, how do I get all my pictures to have that size.
    Thirdly, how do I put product in the Featured?

    It is all good with the featured and the images are appearing now
    Just the picture of 850x1038, please tell me what plugin to use to make the picure that size, thanks.

    Hi mate,
    I have added a bunch of products into Vitamin categories but nothing shown in the url site itself, only frames and price, cannot see any images of products, please fix it for me, Let me know why the products emages do not show up like that? I don't really think it is the size that matters, plus I don't have adobe photoshop. If you can sign in to the background you see I have put a lot of products and chose the right categories etc, the products are uploaded but no images can be shown in the url when people get to my site, I need this fixed urgently please as I will launch the site soon, thank you. Please see attached photo about the problem, thanks.
