    Hi,
    I have been trying days to figure out how to customise the theme to my website but it does not seem to work properly.
    The instruction video on this theme is silent, short and too fast, and not detailed, I have no idea how to configure many things I would want to configure, so I get very frustrated and it is so time consuming.
    I have created several topic on asking for support but does not have any reply so far.
    I am quite disappointed and I think I won't be able to make this theme into use.
    I understand it is a downloadable product but I am more than happy to delete it and here is my purchase code if you like to disable my version to ensure that I will never use it, purchase code as in secret information.
    As I am so desperate and I do not have time to waste, I would truly appreciate if you could grant me a refund of my money please.

    images show fine when I click into certain categories, but my site url when people put it in url bar, no iamges of products can be seen. And this is a major issue that needs to be fixed before I can launch my site.

    Wow that is strange, as I can't see the emages still, and I open site from ipad, iPhone and different pc cannot see the images still, how come?

    I need to talk with you please, this is so frustrating, no images appear on the main url, even though I have changed the size of one photo to 850x1038 the problem still persists. I truly hope to launch this site soon so please help me, through skype would be faster

    Hi mate,
    I have spent hours and hours configuring the site and finally I got the product images to show in the main site URL. Just one more thing though, one of the image still not showing up as in the photo attached, it happen before like that and I tried to reload image etc but nothing worked, please advise, thanks.

    Hi there,
    It is not working again, I tried in firefox, explorer and chrome, nothing works, in internet explorer the url keeps on changing from shopdirect365.com to shopdirect365.com/
    Please help this urgently, It is just so frustrating, I can't think of anything I can do, I have tried to fix it all possible ways and many late nights, I am growing so frustrated and I don't think I am happy with the trouble the theme cause now.

    Sorry mate I didn't see your skype id anywhere, please send me again or contact me directly on skype as I have provided my skype id, it is frustrating because 1% of the time I can see the thumbails and all the other times I cannot see anything.
