    Hello, My site was down and very slow and this error appeared: Gateway Timeout The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application. Did this happen due to of the theme requirements for php variables? What’s the solution? this is link site :

    Alternatively you could upgrade your Cloud Server's resources via your User Area -> My Accounts -> Upgrade or you could enable Auto-scaling and in this way your Cloud Server will have the necessary resources at the required time.

    - About the "Load more" Button for shop page to show the products issue, you have to custom by yourself or connect to customized services(https://support.kutethemes.net/offer/ad) because i do not support for custom work.
    - About the 404 issue, could you please provide wp-admin login for the https://test.utradeksa.com/wp-admin ? By default, i support for the first domain(https://utradeksa.com) only, however in your case, i will help you.

    i updated the theme and plugins and it is ok

    I have checked again and got the same problems as you mentioned. The cause maybe by your plugins, they are conflicted together. Please deactivate your plugins and check for each one because on my demo, it still works fine.

    The cause may be by some plugins, they are conflicted with theme or PHP version please backup your site before and then switch off the PHP version to 5.6.x and let me know your results

    i deactivated theme and the plugins of the theme and site run quickly , i notice the problem appeared after i updated to new virsion of the theme and plugins to 3.1.6 , now i wil activate the theme and plugins to version 3.1.2 , and you need to see the issues in latest version .
