    Configuration Guide

    Hi,

    Is there any configuration guide? Or something like that? (additional to the installation documentation). Because with the doc included i can't find all options in the backend, and I'm spending some time searching the options and configurations.

    According to the error message (time out), you should check the problem with your network area, since you have problems to see my website, or use a IP allowed for connect to my site.

    For my part I allowed the following ips:
    113.186.212.40
    14,171,187,195
    14,189,232.16

    Maybe you could tell me the complete network segments you use, to add them to the allowed list of my web, or if you could use one of the IP addresses already allowed. I don't know what else I could do by my side. Or if you can tell me what is your recommendation.

    We only need this configuration to pass the website to production.

    Dear mate.

    I provided you all the IP addresses whenever I got them. I think the problem is that the IP changes all the time when I turned off the internet (or computer) so even I gave you the correct IP, you still could not add correctly. I used to face with this problem with other clients and when they add my IP, I also could access to their accounts easily. This is my current IP that I can find at this time 117.7.89.14
    We just want to access to your FTP then fix the problem for you without accessing to website back end any more.
    We really always willing to support for you, however we cannot access to FTP so that fix the problem for you.

    And is there another way you can make the configuration? I can upload the files to another hosting, like Mediafire.com, One Drive or similar.

    Ok mate. I have another way for you. My coder will give you the files that he is going to fix in your code, then you can upload into your site instead of we do. Pls tell me what the version you are using for your site is, what the homepage is.
