    Configuration Guide

    Hi,

    Is there any configuration guide? Or something like that? (additional to the installation documentation). Because with the doc included i can't find all options in the backend, and I'm spending some time searching the options and configurations.

    Hi Yame, perfect! :D

    In this moment I have the following issues.

    1 - http://support.ovicsoft.com/topic/show-topic/31048

    2 - Where i can put a text in categories, like a description?

    3 - Order of products with JS and not with an page update. In the live preview of prestashop theme, when press "SORT by.." that order products with a JavaScript (or like that without reload page), but in my web when I press "SORT by.." the page is updated and then show products ordered. I attached an image of the sort in the live preview theme. I hope it can be posible :)

    That for the moment, I'm reviewing solutions of others issues in this forum.

    2 & 3: I cannot access to your website back end URL. it keeps loading then says the error. Could you please help me to check it again? Thank you

    Oh, that sounds like a DNS problem, please can you try to do a ping to my domain?, to see if is an issue of my isp.

    Just because I cannot access to your website back end and I don't know exactly which option you are using for your site so I would like to give you the general guideline here:
    1. Pls see the attachment 1, is this the Description that you want to add? If that, you can go to Product configuration in backend then add the text in Description box.

    2. see pic 2, I've tried to confirm my order in demo site and I still got the Reference of the product. Can you attach yours?

    3. Blog page: pls go to blog > blog post in Dashboard to configure this page.

    1) It is not the product description, I need a description in the categories. Like the example case I found in the forum http://support.ovicsoft.com/topic/show-topic/23858

    2) The problem is with the mails through the contact form. In the mail of purchases neither arrives with the number of order reference

    Please see the atached file.

    Maybe you now use another ip and that is why you can not connect to my website?

    Yame, the problem 2) is solved, now the mails are coming with the order reference, only had to make a test purchase.

    i got your issue about description. The IP address is changed regularly so I cam not sure that you can add it successfully for each one :(
    Here is the current IP address: 14.171.187.195
    If you can add this, pls tell me immediately then provide your FTP account. I will check as quickly as possible.

    Ok. Now pls provide me your FTP account. My coder will fix directly on your site for you. This belongs to customized work but we still can help you.
    However we would like to recommend you that, Description for category is just compatible with Prestashop, not Logancee theme. So we just fix in code to make it displays online for you. And if you want to style it, you have to contact with customized services or do it by yourself.
