    Some errors

    I have some errors installing the theme. First of all, I have js error in console.

    oviccategorysizechart.js:28 Uncaught TypeError: $(...).fancybox is not a function(…)(anonymous function) @ oviccategorysizechart.js:28j @ jquery-1.11.0.min.js:2fireWith @ jquery-1.11.0.min.js:2ready @ jquery-1.11.0.min.js:2K @ jquery-1.11.0.min.js:2

    And the other error in home. When I active the newsletter form appear the brand carousel too. (image attached)

    Can you help me?

    Every time when I sign out your website, then sign in again > Add my IP > I cannot go to your front end any more.
    Please help me to check this. If not we cannot check your problem.

    I've tried with the new back end account that you provided but I had the same result with the last one. I added my IP and I could not go to front end.
    My coder would like to check your issue. So please make your clearly and we will help you to check right now.

    But why you need to add your IP???? The page is open just for you. Please clean your cache or something. I try to login with 5 different computers with different s SO and all works.

    Have you setup the data for your site yet? It seems that it's juts the default data.
    If your site has not been setup data, please make up a new Prestashop then provide us that account. We will help you to install the theme.
    In case you don't want to create a new Prestashop, please BACKUP both your current database + source code. We will remove the current theme in your site then install a new one.

    I try to import the data of the layout "Home Sidebar Boxed" but nothing happend.
    It's ok to delete the current theme. Just I want to keep the products, categories, etc... if it's possible. I already have a SQL backup and files.
