You are using elementor for building shop page so all the setting will be inside this: https://prnt.sc/YZdF_QsQnfm1 , https://prnt.sc/GIbq9e-LLr5_
So all the WooCommerce's default setting or theme's setting will not exists.

I don't really understand what you mean. You can turn on Dev Tools on your web browser (screenshot_1), you will see everything: HTML tags, classes, ids, ...

Hi,
The automatic import process failed to load the images. I manually imported the missing images. The duplicate menu is because you imported it twice, so the menu was added twice. Now the only way is to go to each menu and delete one (screenshot_1).
