Scroll jump

Hi,
I do not know if you understand me, but I try.
I just hidden Sticky header via CSS.
If I scroll down the page, the page jumps too fast down. In addition I have created a video.

How can I avoid this jump?
Even your demo sites have the same problem. The page should scroll normally.
How do I do that?
