Supershop Theme Problem Vertical menu and revolution slider module problem

I have problems with the module Super Shop - Vertical Mega Menu Module
I get no choice on the category links
Though there are several categories
it does not look like the documentation
And all links referring to your site.

Revolution Slider module problem i did everything as it is described in the help file, but it is not located in a right place, it is located under the module best sellers
