London stars theme performance issues and errors

Hello, we have purchased your prestashop theme "London stars" but we are facing some important issues. We have activated all the performance options from prestashop backend (CCC , cache etc), but we still have performance issues. The site is hosted on a dedicated server so the resources are more than enough. By searching the apache error log, we traced some errors concerning some modules installed by the theme. I will attach the error log so you can check it out too. This is a big problem, because the site becomes unresponsive a lot of times and we have to restart the server noumerus times a day.
Can you help resolve/identify the problems?
