Few problems with template

1) How to add image to the right side of newsletter? like in demo here http://joxi.ru/n2YkE0bSjk6pEr
2) How to add discount products to homepage (sale of the day) like here http://joxi.ru/L210wJQS6wyZOm I did all the steps like in your documentation and nothing showed.

Now i understand how to make dicount products on homepage dut now i see error in header

I have 2 problems again: when im trying to buy item i get on step with adress this error • TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save adresses Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: parsererror

And after select carrier i got second error: unable to save carrier, text status: pharse error

Hi now i have only one problem. When i am in category price of product is different than in tovar card (for example http://www.s-fashion.cz/mikiny/1641-panska-lehka-mikina-behype-slim-fit-s-kapuci-model-s-177.html in tovar card 499 Kč in category 799 Kč) .
Can you help me faster than half of month plz?
