My topic is missing so GRID Boxes are still off VC say its the Theme

I do not know where my topic went so I have to start a new one. I have been back and forth with Visual Composer all week and they say the reason my grid boxes are too big on mobile view is caused by the Theme. See their response below:

Hi
If you did a full backup already, then it is sufficient. We went ahead with the tests and found that the issue is arising from the theme. We installed and activated a default twenty sixteen theme at your end and when we do so, it seems to work fine: http://prntscr.com/9to3a8 Possibly, some thing css is altering its rendering. Kindly check.
