Cannot add a product carousel to the Home Page

Hi , I want to showcase some of my products on the Home Page. I DID have the section tabs up there but I deleted it because it was disfigured on my site. I tried adding a new carousel or section tab and it is no longer there. But I do see Look Boocks and KT Colections? So maybe that's why my section tabs was messing up, because you no longer have them.

I added the KT Colections to my home page but it doesn't work. NOTHING shows. Something is really wrong with my site. I even deleted a lot of the content on the home page to try and speed it up.
