Category tab doesn't show category list

Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your great theme design. I installed the KuteShop theme, imported and activated demo 6 files. Now when I want to edit home page, in category tab setting (for example Fashion), I can't choose any category list and when I click on this section the drop down list doesn't open and in home page it shows all categories. I reinstalled the theme and wp bakery but nothing changed.
Please let me know where does this problem stem from and how to solve it?
