How do I update the theme to the newest version?

I am currently using version 1.4.4
I was taking a look here: http://themeforest.net/item/kuteshop-multipurpose-responsive-magento-theme/12985435
and it says that the theme was last updated at 7. janaur 2016. How do I update it?
