    Problem - Supershop - Vertical Mega Menus Module & CSS

    Hi,
    I recently buy your theme, it's a great prestashop theme. But i have a problem in your supershop theme, can you help me fix this. I use a new prestashop 1.6.1.4 system engine, and i read all your documentation with carefully, but went this go wrong, it make me confused. I give you some screenshoot about this problems.

    Problems:
    1. Your vertical menus module doesn't show up the product categories (pic1). What happened with this?
    2. Your vertical mega menus in front page have problem with the css grid, it isn't showing like your supershop demo (pic2a, pic2b)
    3. Some css in category group modules have some issues (pic3)

    Please help me, and thanks.

    1. Your vertical menus module doesn't show up the product categories (pic1). What happened with this?

    Are your categories activated in the categories menu (red cross or green tick) ?

    About all your other problems, I got them too, because those menus are quite complicated to arrange the way we want, many options to go through... And sometimes images or text has to be the right size or they jump outside, or they are too small to fit, etc... Be brave !

    All my categories is activated (Green status), and now, i'm waiting to have some answer about this problems from themes developer

    About VerticalMegaMenus, if i check with chrome browser inspect element (ctrl + shit + i) , they show me this message

    i don't know if this helpul or not for kutethemes to find out what happened? .. but maybe they can fix this problems in the future.

    I have the same problem, I just need to get the money back. And have a different theme purchased. I do not have much time.

    Do you have an idea of what year or decade you are ready with a fix.
    Or is it better that I just find a different theme.
    Are you on vacation, or can you not fix the problem.
    Have You found out what's wrong. Can the problem be solved.
    Why do we hear nothing from you.

    There is no update notification from themeforest about your theme, are you sure this update before your holiday? ... please make sure and give some announcement about this, this issues isn't completed yet.
