Loading time is a big issue to me as I am really considering not using this theme anymore !!!

This theme is the biggest problem of all to me as I have used everything to try to improve the loading time with little luck !
I have used the following :
Pingdom tool
Dare boost
to find whats seems to be the problem with the loading and its the theme 90% of the problem as I have cached whatever was cacheable and I have changed the hosting server twice with no luck it is the theme that's causing all of the lagging issues ! I have been fooled to buy it I should say !!! and now that's the third time I ask for help , and Jennifer replies and she doesn't really tell you anything helpful or a timeframe for fixing this problem all she would say basically the following !:
"Hi, mate!
We will try our best to find out a solution for the loading speed ASAP.
Please wait.
Thanks for your patience!""
I am afraid we are looking for real quick solutions asap its not just me, everyone is pissed off at the loading time of your theme!
