Mage Menu

Hello, I am trying to create the main (header) menu, but instead of it being HOME SHOP PRODUCT BLOG PAGE PURCHASE, I would like to have my own menu base on the main product categories I have created. Isn't this possible? I have tried to read documentation on mega menu, but unfortunately the documentation is for WP bakery, not elementor. I have created a menu with custom links as I cannot find the categories and I assigned this ti Primary menu start but doesn't seem to change anything.Is there more documentation or instructions on how to create the menus? I want on the header my 5 top product categories and a submenus on each shoing subcategories.
