    Hi,
    That's not an error, that's where the user's information (avatar, name, email) is displayed. If you're not logged in, it will display GUEST and EXAMPLE@EMAIL.COM, if you're logged in, it will display as in the attached image (screenshot_1).
    If you want to remove this banner, disable the option in Theme Options / Mobile / Mobile Top Banner (screenshot_2).

    Still regarding mobile, is it possible to translate the word MY CART in CARRELLO in the bottom bar? And the word TO TOP in VAI SU? Thanks

    These texts are all in the Theme, you can use the Loco translate plugin to translate the texts. I have installed the plugin and translated these texts.
