Website problem

Good morning, I want to report something. Very often our site is down, it is not reachable for several minutes and then it comes back online. We have contacted our server provider but he told us that it does not depend on the server. They told us that it most likely depends on the theme used or installed plugins. We only have on the site what we have installed via your template. Can you check the reason for these continuous site downtimes?
