Changing to Boutique version 2... is there a step by step guide?

Hi, I tried to change the theme of a website already filled with content (I used Elementor) and a woocommerce shop with Boutique. I installed it with required plugins and I chose Home 2 style. I would like complete documentation of the steps needed to insert existing site content into the theme (there is very complete documentation in the version 1.3.4 folder but it no longer corresponds to the new version so it is very difficult to use it). Is there a step by step documentation also for version 2? I'm experiencing various problems and loosing a lot of time trying to solve them!
For example, I would like to use some icons that are present in the demo but I cannot upload the entire sample data because it completely replaces the existing site content.
The organization and position of the menus that I find in the settings does not correspond to what I expected (main menu, category menu, top right menu). Now the primary menu is absolutely not properly displayed.
Furthermore, the Boutique toolkit plugin cannot be activated...
Any suggestions on where to start solving this?
