Issue Editing Homepage with Elementor – Page Not Loading

I'm experiencing a recurring issue when trying to edit the homepage of
my website using Elementor. The problem is specific to the homepage —
the page starts loading in the Elementor editor but never finishes; it
remains stuck in a loading loop.

Here are the details of what I've tried so far:

I enabled Safe Mode in Elementor — the page finally opens, but it
appears completely blank.

I can edit other pages (such as "Contact" or "About Us") with
Elementor without any issues.

I have deactivated all plugins, except for Elementor and Elementor
Pro, and the issue still persists.

I am using the [insert theme name here] theme.

This leads me to believe the issue might be related to the theme,
particularly how it handles the homepage template.

Could you please advise on what might be causing this and if there’s a
workaround or fix?
