Hi,
If you are referring to the categories section at the top then it has an option in Theme Options / Shop Settings / Shop Page / Shop Builder Top (screenshot_1).

Hi,
You can choose "Shop Builder Top 1", this is the page we have already made, then you go to edit that page and edit it as you want.

Also the slider on the hoomepage always moves text in the upper side of the window not lke in the editor

Hi,
Since the Header style you are using has a transparent background, it will not be suitable for sliders with many details. Try choosing another Header style ( style 03, 04 ) to see the difference.
