    I can not update some pages in my theme and I have some other problems

    Dear Sirs,

    I have purchased the Boutique theme and followed the installation steps in your documentation.
    But, I have faced below problems;

    1. First, the zipped file I downloaded has two versions of the theme: v1.3 and v2. I can not install v2 directly. I have to install v1.3 first, and then I can import some demo data from v.2.
    Your documentation is unclear. Please let me know how to install your last files.

    2. I could import demo data from v2 after I have installed v1.3 but NOT via "WordPress importer" (because it gave an alarm every time about "connection timeout"). I have imported the data via Boutique Importer.

    3. The most important problem of mine is that the WPBakery Page Builder is not working for some pages (such as "about-us). I became crazy to solve the problem but I could not. I have tried classic editor also but no result.

    4. I could not find anything about the "typography settings" that would allow me to change the fonts as I wanted.

    5. Some of the plugins can not updated. What do I have to do?

    I need your help to solve these problems.

    Hi,
    Are you confused, version v1.x.x has been removed for a long time, now in the package we provide to customers there is only version v2.x.x
    These 2 versions are not related to each other, you just need to install version v2.x.x
    Please send me your wp-admin login information, I will check for you

    I did everything the same as you described in the documentation.
    But I have problems with "import data" section.
    It takes 3-4 hours to wait without any ending.
    I have opened an administrator account for you.

    The user details and password reset must be sent to kutethemes@gmail.com.
    Can you check it, please?
    It will come from info@istara.ae or ahb@acarhakanbayramoglu.com.tr
    Please check your junk folders also.

    Please check my installation what is wrong with it. The database importer is not working correctly. I am becoming crazy.
