Trouble with Demo Import: Broken Layout and Missing Media Files – Need Help

I purchased a theme and activated it, then installed the required plugins. After importing the demo data, the home layout appeared broken, and media files weren't showing. I made sure to import with file attachments, but the issue persists. I've tried all possible solutions, but nothing has worked so far. Could you please advise on how to fix this?
