    Hello sir,

    I'm creating this ticket Because I have no one else to get support with advanced knowledge. I want to inform you this problem not related to your plugins or theme. I'm in helpless situation. My site is online and viewers coming to my site. So I need to fix this problem ASAP. That's why I'm here. I hope you will help me.

    I've added the video in secret information section along with website login credentials. My problem described in that video. Please check it out.

    Finally I could able to find the issue. The problem coming from the elementor. Actually, it's also not problem with the elementor plugin. The problem is the way I have created that page. You will be able to see it yourself after logging in. Even though I created the page, I am stuck without being able to solve the problem. So I kindly request you to help me to solve my problem.

    We don't really understand your problem, and we don't think we can solve it. As you can see from the video you sent, this problem is beyond our scope and capabilities. Please seek support from the author or owner of those features.

    This menu section is located in "templates-parts / header-user.php" (screenshot_1). You can use child-theme to customize it.

    This will require submitting a paid custom job. Email your custom job to kutethemes@gmail.com to negotiate the cost. Then send your ftp, cpanel, or whatever method you have to edit the code in your file. I will customize it.
