    Turan theme update

    Hello,
    I have your “Turan” theme on my website at version 1.0.2 but I'd like to update it to the latest version. I bought the theme on Envato but I can't update it automatically or manually via my FTP. How can I do it?

    Hi,
    The theme version you are using 1.0.2 is a very old version, we have stopped updating and supporting this version. Currently the latest version is 3.1.3, it is completely different from version 1.0.2, it is impossible to update between 2 completely different versions.
    Now if you want to use version 3.1.3, you must delete all data and settings in your website (backup the products first) and then install a completely new version (then import the products that were backed up before).
    If you agree with the above plan, please backup the entire website (in case you change your mind), backup the products and things that are important to you. Then send us confirmation, we will install the new version for you, everything will be deleted, only the products will be kept.
