    - Theme does not directly provide the ability to change the entire Header (we do not recommend that). Therefore, we only make available templates (header 01->13) and some options for users to choose in Theme Options (screenshot_1). In addition, if users want to make more advanced changes to the Header, they can use child-theme (this will require a little knowledge of code: php, wordpress, css, ...). If you feel you cannot do it yourself, please send me the website information, and send a specific request description (with images, videos, ...), I will check for you.
    - About image size, you can check via dev-tools ( screenshot_2 ).

    If the "scrolling" you are talking about is this (screenshot_1) then it has this Header sticky option (screenshot_2).

    Regarding site speed, we cannot check or intervene in anything.
    There are many factors that affect website speed.
    First, make sure that your server has enough hardware quality to operate (CPU, RAM, Disk, Bandwidth, ...), if any parameter is often overloaded, upgrade it.
    Optimize input data, use images and videos with sufficient size and quality, remove redundant plugins, use more Cache, CDN, ...

    "Variable products' will have many variations with different prices and discounts. Only on the product single page can you see the details of each variation and see the price and discount for that variation. In the product list, only variable products are displayed (variations cannot be displayed), so discounts cannot be displayed.

    You can resize the images in Appearance / Customize / WooCommerce / Product Images (screenshot_1). Then Regenerate all the images, using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin (screenshot_2 & 3)

    You can update the slider revolution plugin yourself if you buy the copyright from the plugin author, otherwise you can only update the plugin through the Theme. We will update the latest revolution every time we update the Theme, sometimes revolution updates too much so the version in the Theme will be a few versions older. Don't worry about that, there are not too many changes between revolution versions.

    sir, something unimaginable happened with your theme. Sir, even though I have added the menu, it is automatically hidden. I haven't installed any third-party plugins recently. That's why it's hard to think that this is caused by a plugin. However, it does not affect the previously added menus. Since yesterday, only newly added menus are automatically hidden. Sir I have posted a video. Look at that. You will understand what I mean. I found out what I was doing in that video, when I watched after adding the menu, nothing was shown in the mega menu. Then I looked at the menu. When looking at it, there was no item. Then I thought I forgot to add the item and added the item again. But then something amazing happened. Menu items were doubled. Then I realized that the item was hidden. Sir I have many menus. Maybe because of that, I don't know why this is happening. Please solve this for me. This happened since yesterday.

    The feature in this Menu panel is from WordPress, the Theme does not interfere with it, we have not received any similar feedback. I have tried as in the video you sent, added menu-item so that all other menu-items appear, then tried many operations (reload page, add/delete menu-item, ...) to see if there is any operation that hides the menu-items. Therefore, I have not found any operation that leads to the menu-items being hidden or it is hidden by itself. So please try to remember if there is any operation of yours that leads to the menu-items being hidden. In addition, I see that all of your sub-categories are empty (no products) (screenshot_1), that could also be the reason, WordPress or WooCommerce have default features to hide empty categories to improve user experience, select products for all categories to see if the above error still appears.
