    Dukamarket import issues

    Hi,
    I have a problem with importing demo content and elementor templates..
    - When i try to import from SQL.. its is importing perfectly and all styles and content can be seen as original dukamarket website demo..But this is cleaning all db and making it as fresh install..
    - when i try to import using importer with content.xml file.. i can import but styles are missing completely.. it is not looking like a perfect demo..
    - so i tried to import only elementor template.. styles are missing agian.. i am attaching the imported template home 03 where i can clearly see the difference in style.. please check the attachments
    check the difference between home 3 ( which i imported as elementor template.. and real home 3 which i took screenshot.. complete styles are missing

    what can i do?

    I don't want to loose my current data.. i disabled additional plugins and checked the styles.. but its still the same.. don't know why...
    I am currently providing the access with blank home page as i am restoring my old backup.. kindly fix the issue.. i need home page 3 and home page 13 stylings.. is there any option to do it from myself? am i missing something?

    I am giving admin credentials as well.. please import and check.. kindly keep the data..

    if u see the demo content.. there is no gap and styling is perfect..and if u see another screenshot of the imported json template file.. i get bad gaps..i just attached the sample.. but all the containers and templates imported are showing like this only

    Hi.. thanks for the fix.. may i know what is the cause of this ? and can i update elementor plugin? or shall i wait for an update to release it from your end?
    can i also import menu items now without any issue?

    and i am unable to select shop banner also now.. even though i created a template..and in other way i imported shop banner json file from demo.. it didn't work ..in theme options the template name is not even showing..

    Hi,
    The shop banner you just imported is just a template. You need to do one more step: put this template into the content of a page, then select this page in Theme Options (watch the video below).

    Note: other options will be similar, options will take the content of a page, cannot use a template directly.

    Hi,
    Currently, you should not update Elementor, new versions of Elementor are often not compatible and often have errors. Currently, We recommend that you use version 3.21.8

    Hi.. in product category page.. can we restrict title lines? some are showing 2 lines and some are showing 3 lines which is messy.. or can we restrict the number of words? check the screenshot.. and same with pricing also.. the higher the price with sale price showing and real price striking goes to another line..

    Hi, its fixed in shop page.. but in home page with different product styles currently in the attached image is 07 it showing gaps..
