Cant edit header template. Cant change font colors and background colors.

Cant edit header template. Cant change font colors and background colors.
I can't edit the template. I have tried looking for ways to edit the headers. Footers, I can edit them
but there is no header builder to edit the header.

Hello,
Go to the edit page of the homepage and disable this Metabox option (screenshot_1). If this option enable then this page will get setting in here, else this page will get setting in Theme Options.
About editing the header, the header does not have a template like the footer, the header has options in Theme Options / Header (screenshot_2). You can customize the header here.

So i can't change the color of the text?
The admin and account and all those links in the header. I can't change the color to anything. the font color at the bottom is for other fonts.
even the text in the box only affects the icons and others in the box.
How do I change those colors. can I use custom CSS?

Hi,
Text color has no option to change, you can use custom css.
If you can't customize css, let me know what color you want the text to be, I'll customize the css for you.
