Issue inside PDF invoice plugin

We utilize the PDF Invoice and Packing Slip for WooCommerce plugin to generate invoices and packing slips for our products. Initially, we employed the default templates provided by the plugin. However, to address layout issues, we made modifications to the template and saved it within the child theme directory: woocommerce -> pdf -> custom template folder. Initially, this customization worked seamlessly.
However, upon recent inspection, we discovered that the custom template folder name is not appearing in the PDF invoice settings template list. Interestingly, this discrepancy is unique to our site, as the custom template folder appears correctly in other instances where we've implemented the plugin. It seems that the template is somehow inaccessible within our theme. Any insights into why this might be happening would be greatly appreciated.
