    I need help to migrate from an old version of the theme to the new one

    Hi all,
    I would like to ask you support for the migration from an old version of the theme to the new one.
    I tried several times this process but I lose all the pages and informations present in the website.
    Could you please help me?
    I will pay the extra time for the migration activities if needed.

    I can't access your website, please check again, is it possible that your server blocks IPs from Vietnam?

    I do not setup IP filers :( I tried from several endpoints (Ireland,America, ...) and it let me access :(

    Please try with other credential informations.

    I have tried many different IP addresses (United States, Japan, Korea, Singapore, ...) but still cannot access your website. I will send you detailed instructions on how to update bellow.

    But I am not able to perform the operations, on my theme version there is no Elementor installed (I have the old versione with WPBackery page builder).

    If you agree, on Monday, I will setup a virtual machine already connected and logged in to the site.
    You can connect to that VM (via IP) and then, from there, surely access the website to migrate.

    If what you are talking about is Kuteshop WPBakery version, then it is a very old version, it is very different and cannot be used with the current version.

    I've set up the virtual machine (AWS Windows).
    From there, you could surely connect (I've already let the browser open and logged in to the admin wordpress page)!

    I cannot connect to the VM. And even if I can connect, I can't update WPBakery theme version to Elementor theme version. These are 2 completely different theme versions, there is nothing similar to update.
    If you absolutely want to use the Elementor theme version, my recommendations are:
    - Create a new website, download the latest theme version, install and import data (we have instructions in the documentation)
    - Then export products, posts, ... (anything that doesn't use WPBakery's builder) and import it to the new website you just created.
    - Then install and customize the new website to be as similar to the old website as possible
    - Finally, after completing and checking, point the domain from the old website to the new website
    This is the only way for you to use the new version while still retaining important data such as products, posts, etc. You cannot hope that the new website with the new version theme is exactly the same as the old website.
    Try it, if you have any questions, please send a description with pictures or videos, I will provide specific support.

    This is not good.
    I paid the extended support just to ask you to perform this activity.
    The theme is the same (you didn't change the name or the appearance) you should provide an easy way to port old themes to the new ones.
    Please do something to help us to perform the migration (the old theme is not working anymore.....)

    Ps: I cannot understand why you can't connect to every website or server I setup... there is something wrong in your systems I think.
