    Request for Update or Refund on Theme Installation Service

    Dear KuteThemes Support Team,

    I am writing to express my concern regarding a purchase I made for a theme installation service, for which I paid $49. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication or update from your team regarding the installation process.

    Given the lack of response, I am reaching out to inquire about the status of my installation. If the service is expected to take additional time, I kindly request to be informed of the estimated timeframe. However, if it is not feasible to complete the installation in a timely manner, I would like to request a refund for the total amount paid, including the costs associated with the theme, support, and installation services.

    I understand that unforeseen delays can occur, and I appreciate your team's efforts in providing quality themes and support. However, timely communication is crucial, and I hope to resolve this matter promptly.

    Please let me know the next steps or any further information you require from me to expedite the process. I am looking forward to your swift response and resolution to this issue.
