Home page is double exposed without showing the footer

At the homepage the page is double exposing and missing the Woocommerce loading items. The footer is not showing at all. The settings to show the right footer are right. By showing the preview of the edited footer, the footer is shown double too.
WP Bakery doesn't work right as front editor. As backend editor the added widgets aren't showing up on the home page. Elementor does work however it is very sensitive by using.
