The problem with the responsiveness of the theme.

The problem is that the theme looks the same on pc and on mobile devices. What I mean is that there is no distinction in responsiveness. The theme does not switch from pc to mobile devices and vice versa. It displays in pc version on both pc and mobile devices or it displays in mobile version on both pc and mobile devices. I want it to look like the pc version on pc and on mobile devices, like the mobile version (e.g. menu at the bottom of the screen). The problem is mainly related to two pages. The home page and the store page.

To see what I'm talking about: open my website on your phone, see the home page and then go, for example, to the blog and see how different these pages are in layout. The home page and the store lack the mobile menu that you see on the blog page, for example.

I think this problem arise with last theme update.
