mobile version - layout problem

Hi, I have a problem with the mobile version of the theme. Instead of the mobile version, it works like the desktop version. Seemingly everything is enabled in the settings, but it doesn't work. Please help to fix this. The mobile version of the site should look as in the screen I attached, but unfortunately it is not. There are no menu items, etc. And funny thing... I didn't change anything. It has just stopped working.

I think it is somehow connected to my previous ticket where I write about weird Wishlist and shopping cart icons - additional markings.

Somehow it is working again, so I close the topic. If it will happen again I will come back with issue.
