    Hello, I've purchased the theme at https://themeforest.net/item/biolife-organic-food-wordpress-theme/22239723. I'm trying to install it, and I've followed all the instructions in the documentation, but I can't seem to upload the demo files. It freezes, can you help me with this?

    Hello,

    This is our problem. When we start installing your template, the system automatically gets the error you are currently getting. There is a problem with your files. Even though I bought so many templates, this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Currently, the only thing to do to get rid of this error is to delete the WordPress files from FTP and re-upload them.


    I want this problem to be solved as soon as possible. My customer is disturbed by this situation and if it is not resolved in a short time, I will suffer financial loss.

    If so, I want all demo pages to load.

    If it doesn't work, I want to return the template.

    Hi,
    Our supporter can not upload data using WP-admin. As I said before: Send us your CPANEL account so it will be easy for us to help you to install the demo
