Can't Update Slider Revolution

Hello,
I am finding this process to be super frustrating, I can't see how to do something as simple as reply to your message in the chain. Is replying possible?
I am not understanding your request to send my wp-admin? I don't give out the log in details to my account. I am not sure if this is what you are asking. We got a message that it can only work on one site. The developer environment site has now been taken down, so it is no longer active. Therefore, it should now be working in the current site. It is still not working and i am still getting the Ajax error - see screenshot. That as an initial step should be done first before we need to share credentials. Please provide instructions of what to do, we have an internal IT team that will carryout the instructions. We would prefer for them to do that vs you accessing our wp admin.
