Can't Update Slider Revolution

Hello,
We can't customise the slider revolution as it requires updating. The purchase code is still on the development environment and we aren't able to de-activate it and we are now being told it can only be used on one site. We need for you to deactivate the purchase code on the developer site so we can now activate it for the slider revolution customisation on the live environment. See screenshots of the error we are receiving.
