    Logo and color change in theme header

    Hello,
    I recently purchased your theme "Ecotech - Organic, Food, Multipurpose WooCommerce" and I'm trying to upload the logo and change the color of the top bar but I can't find the way to do it and in your documentation I haven't found information on how to change the customization of it.
    Since in the theme options there is a section where you can upload logo, change the color and header text, it is the Theme option->General section. I have proceeded to the change but it does not occur, I clear cache and still the same. Please tell us how to make this change or what is what we have not done correctly, I send attached image file where you can see what I'm consulting.

    Hi,
    I talked to my coder about the situation you are facing. Since you provide so little information, it's hard to give advice. If possible, please provide wp-admin, FTP information so that our coder can handle it for you

    Thank you for your prompt response.
    In summary what we are trying to do is to put the logo in the header of the page and change the color of the menu bar which is orange to the custom color of the store we are doing which is #c1042e. We also want to change or remove the message that comes out at the top of the header but we can hide it by CSS, the same customer would like to put some slogan or something like that, we can not find where to do it.
    In private I send you the access data to the Back-end so you can explore the installation of your template and provide us with the way to do all this.
