Logo alignment/Site Movement

Facing Two issues
1) In your theme Logo is not centered - as you see it is left aligned - leaving a large gap between logo and top right menu - how can i change alignment to center?
2) I moved my wordpress site from shop.dozenlife.com to www.dozenlife.com - however https://www.dozenlife.com/shop still points to images and products of shop.dozenlife.com - as you see images are not opening up and all links refer to shop.dozenlife.com instead of www.dozenlife.com
