Unable to edit footer

I am unable to edit my footer. When I go to ovic footer and attempt to edit it, I make the changes and update the changes but it does not update. In the past you guys did something to create a workaround for this and I need to know what you are doing so that I can update the footer myself because I need to make changes to it asap.

I am using footer #17 but you guys created this footer name below previously where it updated changes and it is not working

Hi @scrapbookme,

The reason is that you are using the Elementor template to edit a Footer - WPBakery template's content.
These 2 templates cannot be worked at the same time. You should use one of them. Also, the demo theme is using the Elementor template to build the content. You need to use this template.
