    Hi Support,

    What is the best video plugin for the single product page for Biolife theme? previously I tried Product Video Gallery for Woocommerce Plug, the result is badly?

    *note that I need one video-link per product only, please suggest

    Hi @svonline2021,

    The theme has this function as you want. But it just adds only one more video to the gallery image, not in the feature image: https://prnt.sc/wwiXgbCiTL1c
    And this is the appearance in the front end: https://prnt.sc/TAz-WuN49iMM
    In case you want to add a video to a featured image, you have to search for that plugin. We don't have any suggestions for this case.

    If you just need the feature we give you, pls provide the email address, I will share the new theme package we have updated this new function.

    Hi Yame,

    Yes, It can appear in the in the admin panel. But vendor user still can not see this features in their frontend panel, Please tell me how to enable these fields[video url, poster video, 360degree] over there too ?

    You will not be able to have this function for the Vendor User.
    However, you can do it via the wp-admin by this:
    - You need to grant default edit permission to the vendor user: https://prnt.sc/V3thmz9axkGz
    - This time, the vendor use can be accessed to wp-admin (however, they will not have the full functions as the Admin user). So after completing the authorization, the Vendor user needs to write the wp-admin to edit the default product. Then they will have the same feature (add the video for product) as the default product edit.

    Pls do it then let me know.
