Problem setting logo

I am facing issue in changing the logo of the theme header, its changed in mobile and desktop versions but as soon as the homepage was changed from home1 to home3, the desktop version's header logo changed back to the defauld and am not able to change it though I have made changes in the theme options, also the theme lacks a lot of documentation and really complex to understand at 1st glance without documentation
